Proposal: NestJS sample application

Hey everybody,

I saw that there are not many Typescript framework on this repository, it could be really valuable to have sample with Nest.js.
I'm able to make some code sample to contribute for this project.

Note: I can sign my commit but i'll never put my LastName on github :)
