Cleanup tag alpine3.19

The image tag alpine3.19 is confusing because it doesn't follow the known naming pattern and Python 3.19 does not exist yet (for a long time...). I assume it has been pushed by accident.
Now, I get it it's the pointer for Alpine 3.19 and thus a correct tag. Still confusing, though...
