Cannot import any dataset

How to reproduce the behaviour

• Install Doccano with Docker on a remote Ubuntu VM
• In Win10 Google Chrome, access the URL of that server, which is configured to lead to the Doccano home page
• Log in with admin account
• Click on dataset tab
• When trying to import any file format: loading bar becomes red "Error during upload: tap to retry"
• This happens even when I try to import a file containing the short example of each file format displayed by Doccano
• Unable to import data
