Sorting in Installed-Tab

- In the installed tab, the default sorting seems to be by name rather than update, so the sort-select should reflect that by changing the default option on this tab to name.
- When I sort by name manually the result is different to Brackets sorting by name (I only notice because I have an extension starting with
[installed):
