quick view file not show in the tabs

when I click a file from file tree for quick view, it should show in the tab, but IDE default panel show it.
Tab is created only when file appended to Working Files list (default Brackets files panel).
When you click file for view (not edit) it wont be in that panel and no tab will be created.
