DMWM Jenkins continuous integration setup

This is no longer being used. We have joined forces within CMS S&C and we host our code now at https://github.com/cms-sw/cms-bot/tree/master/DMWM

Installation

1. Download and install from http://jenkins-ci.org
2. Clone this repo
3. Move the checkout to $HOME for the jenkins user (/var/lib/jenkins)
4. Install extensions
5. Add users
