Does the tracker need to pre-host a torrent for Trystero to work?

I'm trying to make a sample app locally but I'm getting the following error:

• how is the Infohash calculated?
• does the tracker need to already host a torrent file of some sort for this to work?

Turned out the complete tracker list was failing. After trying my local demo with wss://tracker.webtorrent.dev it worked fine.
