New version of Raml-mocker-Server

@dmitrisweb, @dmitryshimkin, I think we do need new version of raml-mocker-server published. The current version 0.1.5 of the raml-mocker-server when installed still uses old version of ram-mocker (0.1.14). This is not pulling through the latest 0.2.0 of the raml-mocker

@dmitrisweb Any chance publishing a new version of raml-mocker-server. The latest raml-mocker is not been pulled through at the moment.
