How to make fault in Gmsh based on Slab2.0?

Dear Prof. Melgar,

I know that the "gmsh_tools.py" utilizes Slab 1.0 to make fault model. Currently, Slab 2.0 has been released and available, and I think it is similar with the 1.0 version to use it in "gmsh_tools.py". I have tried to use the function "xyz2gmsh" to convert the depth data of Slab 2.0 to a input file that the Gmsh software can read. But I do not know how to deal with these scatter points in Gmsh, and make a fault model file that the function "make_mudpy_fault" can use. Would you please provide suggestions about how to deal with the problem?

Thank you so much!
