Thank you for this useful tool. I've recently made my EEG simulation toolbox SEREEGA support it. While looking into this topic of atlases, I also found AtlasReader, a Python-based tool which shares some functionality with mni2atlas. It has a few atlases that mni2atlas doesn't, and at a first cursory glance, the atlases used by AtlasReader appear to be in a reasonably comparable format. Would it be possible for mni2atlas to include these atlases as well? Or in general, are there any plans to include additional atlases?
