It is really hard to evaluate this library when no documentation related to usage is available.

I agree it could be better, but the read me does describe basic usage, no?
What pieces would you like to see?

Maybe an example of using Epic for processing news or user input.
Anyway, I just wanted to state that usage looks just too complex and can be better with full code examples, more descriptive texts and a little less specific terminology. I really hope it is targeted to average developers.
