hi,
trying the 'run in browser' link from https://github.com/dkobak/excess-mortality failed with this notice:

I just tried and it works for me.
retried a few time ... and FFox crashed.
Reloaded, re-tried ... seems ok now but won't run unless signed-in with G-account.
Don't have one rght now so maybe I'll get one & try other time, unless it's possible for you to relax the restriction.
Seems it's a temp/browser glitch so I'm closing the issue .

I don't restrict anything here, it's simply loading my notebook in google colab...
