Add option to have Canvas File links link options set

Canvas has a variety of options that can be applied to Canvas File links and if and how they are expanded etc. Add an option that allows to control how those are set??

Design

Add all this to the html view

  • for each canvas file link found add a user interface element that allows choice of how to treat the file link
  • This would get passed along down the pipeline and modify the HTMl that's generated
