create page for administrator to randomly link up prophets and supplicants

If easy to do, make a page for Chris - basically a page that would have the @ admin required on it - where he can do the random assignment without having to do it manually. Should not necessarily be symmetrical - prophets are not supplicants to each other
If can’t figure out easily, push to release 2

  • move sunday code out into its own function
  • calculate sunday in randomizer
  • create entry in database
