Who list does not update

Caveat: This may be due to my connection to the (ZNC) bouncer. I haven't tried this without a bouncer. Periodically, especially reconnecting, the who list for any given channel will not update. It will tell me that there are nicks in the channel when there currently are not. It will also not update who has voice, op, etc.
Edit: Running this on OSX 10.9.4 with Komanda 1.0.0 Beta
I'm having the opposite, having people that are in the channel not appear on the list.
Mac: 10.9.2
Komanda: 1.0.0 Beta
