Communicate serializable branch changes to community panels

We should reach out to the panels that are maintained here: https://django-debug-toolbar.readthedocs.io/en/latest/panels.html#third-party-panels and let them know about the upcoming changes.
This has been completed. I referred people to #2138 or to open up new issues.
