Application Error

I haven't changed a thing. I uninstalled and reinstalled. But I keep getting an "APPLICATION ERROR"

See attached screen capture.

What's up?

what country are you connecting to pandora from? and do you usually use a proxy server?

it's definitely a connectivity issue. if you do use a proxy, see if you can listen to pandora web by using the same proxy credentials (using chrome or firefox). if doing that works, can you try installing pandorian on a different computer in your household? see if that works.

there's nothing wrong pandorian as far as i can tell. i'm using pandorian right now without any issues.

I am in the US, and I have never used a
proxy server.  As I said when I posted the issue, I had made no
changes to my settings when this started.

Now I am getting a new error message:

hmmm... looks like something has gone haywire in your windows installation.

i haven't personally used this but this dot-net-repair tool may help: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2698555

uninstall pandorian first and then run the repair tool. then restart the machine and install pandorian.

if that doesn't help. the only thing i can recommend is to do a fresh windows installation :-(

Did the dot-net-repair after uninstall.
Now a new error message:

Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor.

Finally Fixed!

It looks like a previous uninstall was incomplete.

I did a search for for any files with a "pandorian" name, and found a bunch in users/appdata.

After deleting them, I ran CCleaner to clean up the registry.

Only then was I able to reinstall. Now appears to be working. Let's hope it holds up.

Pandorian (when it runs) is better than Elpis.

glad to hear you sorted it all out :-)

Pandorian (when it runs) is better than Elpis.

hahah ill take that as a complement ;-)
