Finalize Service Type Namespaces

[Google Code Exporter]

The Mapping Service and EAUT Template Namespaces need to be finalized for
the  XRDS Service type elements.

Current Draft:
http://specs.openid.net/oeat/1.0/ett
http://specs.openid.net/oeat/1.0/eatoid

Possibles:
http://eaut.org/1.0/ett
http://eaut.org/1.0/mapper

I believe the current ones are http://specs.eaut.org/1.0/ett and
http://specs.eaut.org/1.0/mapper - I approve of those.
