Make the "opensource" tag more lightweight

The current "opensource" tag (located in //src/licences/opensource.toml) is rendered as a big chunk of text by Discord, because it is too "big".
I think it would be easier and clearer for users to simply remove the brief definition of an open source license and, instead, adding a link to the formal definition from the Open Source Initiative (OSI) (https://opensource.org/osd)
This would also make it possible to add documentation about the differences between "open-source" according to the Free Software Foundation (FSF) and OSI
I will work on this tomorrow (I think), let me known if you have suggestions to improve the content of the tag
