Test IPL/A/ANDCCR fails

The test fails in 68000 mode. I've doublechecked with older vAmiga releases and it seems like it never succeeded. I think I simply missed that one.

The reference image turned out to be wrong. I've uploaded a new one in the vAmigaTS repo.
