Heads up: Emails from Intercom

One of my vendors uses Intercom. I got a message with a "rate the conversation" action at the top, but the actual message isn't populating within your app. I only see the header of the previous message. The message is displayed correctly in webmail (browser).
Can you see that other email apps?
