missing `pgloader-bundle-3.6.10.tgz` for 3.6.10 release

👋 it looks like 3.6.10 release did not get completed, and the bundle artifact is missing due to that reason. Let me know if that makes sense. Thanks!
I’m the maintainer of the pgloader package in Alpine Linux and I also miss the bundle archive.
