Image uploading / viewing is broken in DMs

Describe the bug
Cannot send or view images in DMs in OldTwitter, only in regular Twitter

Issue also occurs on Firefox 126.0.1

happens with any DM with any person, in my experience
OldTwitter version
1.8.4.5 1.8.4
Can't reproduce on both Firefox and Chrome on 1.8.4.5
Correction, I think I'm on 1.8.4? it says 'last version 1.8.4.5' but it says my version is 1.8.4, I think I misinterpreted that initially (I thought it was saying that I was on 1.8.4 as a major release and 1.8.4.5 as a minor release, you may want to make that wording more clear). OldTwitter on Firefox Addons also reports as being version 1.8.4. Whoops.
I get this error on all photo uploads
