Unknow error pop up when viewing certain MRI DICOM images

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View the selected MRI DICOM images by clicking on the file in the list.

Expected output: The DICOM image to be displayed
Actual output: A popup menu showing "Unknown error"

Version of product: 1.4
OS: Android 4.0.3 HTC sense 3.6

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems like the code doesn't execute the pixel tag (image data) function. It 
simply skips it. Eventually, it returns a null image data.
