安装Postgis 3.0.0时发生错误

我正在尝试将Postgis 3.0.0安装到Postgresql 14上。我安装了捆绑包,例如Gdal 3.0.0,Jsonc 0.15,Geos 3.6.5,Proj 7.0.0。
