Error about missing msvcr100.dll on Win7 when trying to dl videos on youtube

Windows 7 apparently doesn't have the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package. It can be downloaded here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=5555
Would it make sense to add msvcr100.dll to the installation packages?
