Notes appear on inexisting screen on multiple display configurations

Steps to reproduce:
- connect a laptop to an external monitor which is on the right of the laptop panel
- open Knowte and drag a note to the external monitor
- close knowte
- move the external monitor to the left of the laptop panel
- open Knowte and open the same note again
=> the note is not visible, because it is opened on the coordinates of a monitor that does not exist.
