A portable version, same as v2 had one

This is hands down the most important feature. A portable version allows to set up once and forget about it. To have all your music set to your liking on every computer you go. Please consider making v3 portable. It will make it a strong competitor to AIMP, which has a portable and other benefits, but lacks the elegance of Dopamine. I am referring to the Windows version. Thank you.
