Dopamine not reading files

I'm using these versions

  • Windows version: Windows 10
  • Dopamine version: 2.0.9

Reproduction steps

  • Step 1- Download an mp3 file
  • Step 2- Add to my music folder
  • Step 3- Check to see if it has added to my library

Observed behavior

On random occasions, increasing in frequency as of late, mp3s added to my music folder will not show up in the Dopamine library.

Desired behavior

Dopamine should read the files in my folder and add them to my library.

The line of code I found was this:
