Bug: No Administrative Sections

What happened?
Hi, so after setting up zipline via docker and making the first user account, it seem like it give the standard role to this useraccount and not administrative permissions as i expected it to.

latest (ghcr.io/diced/zipline or ghcr.io/diced/zipline:latest)

mb, it had an default admin user i needed to login into and change stuff rather than making a new account. resolved.
