Suggestion: Using AppCache or Service Workers

Instead of download page as, you could use AppCache to cache the website, I think that would be a pretty good idea as it is much easier to manage (for me at least)
I do not plan on using appcache. However, if you want to run this website locally, just right click and save as website. All the js files should save locally and you can just open it locally.
