[QUESTION] Custom Attributes - Notes

Hello,

Iris_version : 2.4.5

According to the documentation the notes layout has been updated in 2.4.0 and the documentation is not up to date for the 2.4.5 version

For the 2.4.5 version the notes layout look's like :

I can't find a way to add a note with the custom attributes entered in Custom Attribut:
(In : v2.4.0)

(In : v2.4.5)

I must be missing something if anyone can help me out
