[FR] Cronjob for Processor Modules

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want to clean Case Objects etc. on a regularly bases. Therefor we developed a processor module. The problem is, that it only runs on registered hooks. It would be nice to have an option to run it on a special weekdays for example every friday 12 pm.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Hook defined by a special Daytime, would be awesome.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using some of the hooks, which would call the "Cleaning Module" to often.
