Describe alternatives you've considered
In cases of similar incidents, for the same customer, the possibility of reusing previously addressed information would be very useful.
For example, inserting urls, emails, and other information (custom fields), which are already possible, but linking them to cases, allowing you to simply open a new case and select this data in assets or IoCs without having to type them again.
This would mainly help to facilitate complete customer registration and manage different incidents for common assets.
