When seting x=0 or R=0, there is not any err message. When both x and R are
set to 0,err displayed.

I install V1.3.03,the version just before V1.40 bate.I found that:both in this 
two 
version,only you set X and R to 0,error massage will display.Maybe the state 
that 
only one of them is 0 is correct.

This is not match the description of the test case, so Stephen marked them to 
be 
discussed.
