Can't import ieee common format file.

Can't open those 5 *.ieee file in SW -- ieee_format
No error information,the state window below shows "Load Custom data file..."

In 1.4.02bata, problem remains.
For detial:
Right clicke a file, select add a custom file-->IEEE CDF adpater-->select a
.dat
ieee cdf file. But file selected is not imported.
While try to import data filels of other format, it is ok.
