Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to course selector tab
- Click on search bar and type '1511'
- Backspace to remove all text
- See how the placeholder text doesn't refill / reappear
Expected behavior
After backspacing to remove all text, the grey placeholder text should reappear.
