[Request] frd:u service implementation.

I would like to see the frd:u service implemented. Though many functions aren't particularly useful for homebrew a few are. Like GetMyProfile and GetMyScreenName and GetMyMii. These could be used in homebrew games and applications.

I just pushed a commit with some frd functions on my fork. Haven't tested GetMyMii and GetFriendKeyList. Once I get most of the "GetFriend......" functions working (and maybe SendInvitation too) I'll make a pull request.
