Simple tool that uses phantomjs's netsniff.js to graph page load times. You will need to define a list of sites in $pages, and edit the CARBON_SERVER and CARBON_PORT values. Trickle (http://monkey.org/~marius/pages/?page=trickle) is used to simulate a slow internet connection, as the page load times on a 100mbit connection really don't matter too much.
