Fixer.io is deprecated

The code no longer works. No idea how long ago this happened, but api.fixer.io has been deprecated.
Go to http://api.fixer.io/ and you get this message:
IMPORTANT - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR API ENDPOINT
This API endpoint is deprecated and has now been shut down. To keep using the Fixer API, please update your integration
to use the new Fixer API endpoint, designed as a simple drop-in replacement.
You will be required to create an account at https://fixer.io and obtain an API access key.

Since this code is used in and referenced by an active Trailhead module, it should be updated following the above instructions or use another exchange rate service.
