Stuck during OTA flashing

Hi
I've been able to flash the custom firmware successfully but when I try to flash the ZigBee firmware it gets stuck.
Tried on 2 different computers, same result:

It has been more than half hour like this now...
You need to flash transitional firmware before flashing zigbee fw. (as it is written in the instruction)The version will be 9.9, not 4.6.
And you should use .bin file, not .zigbee. The last one is for zigbee OTA via z2m, zha or different software.
