Make Symlinks Optional

Currently each of the following symlinks is built into the image, it would be nice to disable them via an environment variable if desired:
/usr/local/bin/ignition/data/projects/usr/local/bin/ignition/data/modules/com.inductiveautomation.perspective/usr/local/bin/ignition/data/ignition.conf/usr/local/bin/ignition/data/logback.xml
