Weploy detect page chnage

I think we should detect in the NPM package when a valid page change accrued.

Becuase the user could do it wrong.

We need to make sure it is an actual page change and not just a round change where you add parameters like /#SOME-ID Also he should not translate it twice so we need to remeber what languages we already have (NEXT JS) Does not relode the page.

The German page on task source is wired because you always switch back to English.,
