Consult with lawyer about separation agreement

The section about severances should be modified to cover any separation agreement, regardless of whether severance is involved. There should also be a note to contact an attorney if you have questions. Many clauses have become unenforceable and yet remain in the boilerplate text used in many agreements.
I like the suggestion @JasonCampbell256 -- do you have any resources for finding an attorney that is able to help?
