What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xampp version 3.2.1 Windows 7 Home Basic 64-bit
Please provide any additional information below.
It is not sending any kind of http request and simply the time taken is
increasing. I have installed all the requirements.

Hi,
Could you try to request
http://localhost/webvulscan_v0.12/scanner/begin_scan.php assuming you are using
localhost?
Do you get any PHP errors when you request this?

I'm getting the Same error as the Issue-Creator.
http://localhost/webvulscan_v0.12/scanner/begin_scan.php is workin' fine (blank page).
I'm using MariaDB and php7.0 plus apache2
