Input/output directories not saved

[Google Code Exporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new project
2. Save the project to a file
3. Open the project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Input/output directory fields are empty where you'd expect them to be filled 
with the set directories when the project was saved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v3.2.0 @ windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
