Research: Why our packages are not showing up on maven repository

Research why our package(s) do not appear under certain keywords and list an out of date repository:
Notice, the latest release was March 2019, and does not list our v4+ releases.
Searching our group Deque finds the correct maven package, but its not the first item on the list:
Another search engine for maven repositories is sonatype - This appears to be working correctly
No longer needed.
