Missing `newVersion` and `prevVersion` values

Hi! My dependabot post workflow (It duplicates changes from pyproject.toml to mustache template pyproject.toml) ran dependabot/fetch-metadata action for getting newVersion and prevVersion values but they were empty (workflow run link).
