Depenabot package for Poetry

Feature description
From what I can see, the project does not provide packages for Poetry.
In my experience, Poetry is way more popular choice of a project manager for Python, when someone starts a new project.
It seems that this is the reason why we're not able to run dependabot/cli for Poetry, which in our use-case would've been benificial.
