Dead link to docs in README

The README says:
The documentation is available on the deno-postgres website https://deno-postgres.com/
However, https://deno-postgres.com/ is dead.
@bartlomieju @iuioiua seems the https://deno-postgres.com/ domain is down, no longer valid, or has hosting issues. I'm not sure who set it up, but we cannot even use the GitHub provided page URL https://denodrivers.github.io/postgres
@adamzerner docs site has been fixed
